When I envisioned trying new things during my lollygagging years, I DID NOT foresee myself moving to another state! Yup, Texas is sucking all the Wolf sisters into the giant vortex of that damn star you see hanging over every fireplace mantle and on every flat exposed outdoor surface. I'm depressed and miffed and still struggling with remembering my Enid phone number, but my spouse seems happy and up for the challenge.
So, I will search the web for affordable housing, but I will heed the words of Caleb Koos, "Don't drive", in Ft Worth! My conditions to date: a home in the Wise county area with easy access to Highway 81; ability to see the sunset; a golden retriever and ... the guts to make this major midlife change.
I just hope the person who buys our house appreciates good dirt!
Yeah it's not cool, but I guess we will deal with it. What is it they say "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade" so we will make great lemonade whenever we get together. We will find a great house with a great sunset and a great Golden Retriever! We will make the best of the situation. Love You! Amanda
