I can't understand why I'm not cooling down during this morning's yoga routine and discover the ceiling fan has been reversed. A creative electrician wired the fans and lights in the rooms of our house to remote switches and I can foresee a future of frustration in this set-up. Mike and I are baby boomers with a grandchild and aging parents and in each of the three bedrooms there are seven buttons, a toggle style off/on button, and your normal looking light switch.
This weekend Jennifer helped her Dad hook up the TV, DVD and DVR players to the remote speakers. Now I have to find one remote for regular TV, and up to three remotes to watch a movie. Then there is the living room ceiling fan light which periodically comes on by itself and requires a remote to turn off.
I'm also frustrated this morning because I can't figure out how to place multiple pictures within one blog entry. To date the only picture I had was e-mailed to me by a young blond in short shorts with an ability to speed text. Have you seen my cell phone? Enough said.
